We add onion, tomato, green chilly, Garlic paste in aloo sabzi for making it more tastier. Many people make aloo sabzi in breakfast with poori. If you dont have any vegetable in your fridge but have some potatoes only, so you can easily make this aloo sabzi and enjoy your breakfast/dinner with your family. Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium sized onoin chopped
  • 2 medium sized Tomato chopped
  • 2-3 Green Chilly Slit
  • 1 table spoon garlic paste
  • 4-5 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 tea spoon cumin seed
  • 1 tea spoon Asafetida (Hing)
  • 1 tea spoon kasoori Methi
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-2 Tea spoon red chilly powder
  • 1 tea spoon Turmeric powder
  • 2-3 tea spoon coriander powder
  • 1-2 pinch black paper
  • 1 tablespoon mustered oil

Instructions
 

  • First, take all the ingredient
  • Take a frying pan and put 1 tablespoon oil.
  • When Pan gets heat properly, Add onion, Garlic paste, Cumin seed, Green chilly, Asafetida, in pan
  • After two minutes when all the ingredients change its colour, Then add tomatoes in the pan.
  • Mix all the ingredients properly and then add all the spices in the pan like red chilly powder, Salt, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Black paper.
  • After adding all the spices mix it till oil gets separate
  • When oil gets separated and all the ingredient cooked properly after that add boiled potatoes.
  • Mix it well and properly
  • Add a 1-2 glass of water in the pan
  • Cover the pan and boiled this for 2 minutes
