  • Fry pan


  • 3 Medium sized Capsicum Slit
  • 1 Big Onion Slit
  • 250 gram Paneer ( cottage cheese ) Square sized chopped
  • 1 Chings Chinese Paneer chilly Masala
  • 1 tbsp mustered oil
  • 1 tbsp red chilly powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cup Water


  • Take Capsicum , Paneer and Onion
  • Take a pan and pour oil in that
  • When oil heats fry paneer in it.
  • After that add capsicum and onion and fry it half cook.
  • Then Take one cup warm water
  • Then add the ching's masala and mix it well
  • Make sure there is no lumps left.
  • Pour that water in the pan make cook it for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes when gravy become little thick turn off the flame and serve this.
