Instructions
 

  • Take 5-6 Raw Banana and boil it in water for 10 minute.
  • Then peel off the banana and slit it like that.
  • Now take Gram flour ( besan ) and add a pinch of red chilly powder, Ginger garlic paste , Turmeric powder , Salt and water and then mix it well.
  • Make it again but do not add water this time , Now take a banana and do coating of banana.
  • Then dip the banana into this batter nicely.
  • Fry all the banana one by one very carefully.
  • Take out all the fry bananas.
  • Now take pan pan and put oil in that and add fenugreek (maithi) in hot oil.
  • When they changed their color then add tomato and onion puree.
  • When puree change their color and cooked properly after then add all salt, Turmeric powder, red chilly powder and coriander powder
  • Mix it well and then add kasuri maithi in that
  • Add all the raw banana in that puree and add water in that
  • When water gets boiled add coriander leaves
  • Now its ready to serve.
